Foundation Readies for North Texas Giving Day
The Cotton Bowl Foundation announced that all funds raised on North Texas Giving Day today will go to support the grants distributed by the Cotton Bowl Foundation annually to organizations that help underserved youth in North Texas.
"Our mission is to serve the communities associated with the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic," Rick Baker, Cotton Bowl Foundation President said. "The Foundation's vision, channeled through the great sport of football, is to make an impact on those that play the game, attend the game and support the game. The funds raised today will go a long way in supporting so many wonderful causes."
Donors are encouraged to visit the Cotton Bowl Foundation's website on North Texas Giving Day at www.cottonbowlfoundation.org. The first $12,000 raised will be matched by the Cotton Bowl staff.
