ADA TICKETS AND PARKING
AT&T Stadium is committed to guests with disabilities. The facilities are fully accessible, and we provide a wide range of services and amenities for guests with special needs.
AT&T Stadium is designed with accessible parking, accessible vehicle drop off and pick up areas, power assisted doors, restrooms, concessions, water fountains, ATMs and seating areas. Guests can receive more information on game day by visiting one of our Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 219, 244, 420 and 451. Throughout the stadium, there are seating platforms designated for guests with disabilities and their companions. ADA tickets are available for purchase in sections C111-C112, C136-C137, C207, C209, C213, C238, 118-120, 143-145, 150, 223, 228, 301, 408, 412, 416, 437, 439 and 447. Club seats are $350, premium reserved seats are $250 and reserved seats are $150.
Only guests with tickets or relocation slips for the designated section, row and seat may occupy the wheelchair and companion-seating platform. At no time may other guests stand or sit on the platform. Be advised that AT&T Stadium personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats. For event day assistance and seating relocations, contact an event staff member or visit the nearest Guest Services Center located on the concourse behind sections 219, 244, 420 and 451.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting guests from the gates to their stadium seating location. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the game. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting an event staff member at any entrance. Guests needing assistance after the event should contact an event staff member, security personnel or visit one of the Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind sections 219, 244, 420 and 451. Guests in Suite and Club areas should contact the Concierge staff on their level to request a wheelchair escort or additional assistance.
Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available in each lot and are issued on a first come/first served basis. A parking pass for that designated lot and a state-issued disabilities plate or placard are required to park in an accessible parking space. The person who has been issued the plate or placard must be in the vehicle. Shuttle service for guests with disabilities and limited mobility is available from each of the parking lots to the stadium. Shuttles depart from the designated shuttle load areas. Shuttle service is also available following events. In order to offer this service in a timely manner to our guests with disabilities, accessibility shuttle tents are limited to guests needing the service and one companion. Accessibility Shuttle Tents are located near Entries A, D, J and G. Please see the parking map for the designated load zone areas in the parking lots and at the stadium entrances.
